Palace

Very honoured to receive my Award yesterday at the Palace from the Duke of Cambridge, a slightly unreal experience and especially strange as i am in the middle of tec for the King’s Speech at Birmingham, dealing with the life of his great grand father . The Palace walls were lined with amazing artworks, the TV we were watching the ceremony on from the waiting picture gallery was casually placed in front of a Vermeer. The last work before entering the Ballroom was of the coronation of Elizabeth . I am now sitting infront of my stage version of Edward Confessor’s throne, complete with stone of Scone! life and art…
