Coming up

I have an exciting range of productions scheduled for this autumn with all the deadlines seeming to be in the same week in July. I will be back at the Tricycle with Indhu, working on the House that will not stand by Marcus Grindley a reworking of the themes of house of Bernalda Alba, set in New orleans in 1836 . Then a paired back version of Hamlet directed by Dominic Hill at the Citz. Meanwhile, Michael  Boyd has persuaded Theatre for a New  Audience in Brooklyn that he has to have a designer he trusts for the epic two Part Tambourlaine the Great opening in November. While ironically for the Christmas Truce at the RSC, the one that opens last, I have managed to get the prelim designs in . This is to be directed by Erica Whyman, the Deputy Artistic Director at the RSC, this will be my first show in the RST since the opening production of Macbeth. Busy times !
